Starting Out With Spirituality: Rooting Down Before You Rise 


This is the first time I'm recording solo in my new home and I couldn't be happier about it! It feel great to feel into the expansion this move brought with it as I'm talking about rooting down, exploring all sides of ourselves and feeling into female spirituality (only my favourite topic ever!).  So, in this episode, I explore the question I get asked A LOT: how do I start out with spirituality? And I probably don't answer it how some of you hope I will, simply because there is no quick fix, no easy 5 step guide or rulebook to follow.  Personally, I think that's the whole empowerment process this spiritual journey will bring you in.
