Exploring Freedom & Navigating Travel and Transitions

It's time for a deep heart-to-heart, catch up episode! I talk all about what is standing in the way of freedom, releasing the pressures and expectations that I feel, traveling to different places in the past month (both physically and emotionally hey!) and all the change I'm leaning into at the moment.  One key factor that instigated so many shifts lately has been microdosing truffles, which I do mention in the podcast. I consciously did not put this in the title because 1. I'm not here for the clickbait and I only mention it a little bit and 2.
