In this episode of the podcast I'm joined by Nick Griggs. I have wanted to have Nick on the podcast for a while now so it was a real privilage to get the chance to talk to him about his running career. Nick is a professional Puma athlete at the age of 18 which is unbelievable. Nun the less, this pro contract is well deserved due to the fact that Nick is the second fastest U20 miler of all time with an amazing time of 3:56. Nick recently placed 2nd in the U20- European Cross Country Championshps in Turin. He is also the first U20 Irish athlete to go under 8 minutes in the 3k. Nick also gives us an insight into when and how is running career took off and how he burst onto the scene. I hope you all enjoy!!!
