Release Date:

Lawyer Marty Moore takes us through a new case he's recently filed in BC about censorship at a Chilliwack School Trustee meeting in June. The client, he says, had her free expression rights violated four times in two minutes. And he takes note of a recent decision in the BC Court of Appeal where they ruled that a vaccine passport mandate case will proceed to trial. Marty says he hopes this will provide the Federal Court of Appeal some guidance as they consider the Peckford appeal on the federal travel vaccine mandate this week.Chilliwack School District on Youtube, June, 2023: Chilliwack School District Board Meeting - June 13, 2023Chilliwack School District Board of Educations TrusteesJustice Centre, Jun 27, 2022: Burjoski v.
