In this episode the boys sit down with a friend of Parksy's, Mr. Fred Smith from his days caddying in the desert. Fred kicks the show off by saying how Parks remains one of the few people that stood the test of time on his bag as a natural born disrupter.

Fred also shares his passion for the game of golf, and his desire to make an impact on the world through his brand Disruptive Drinkware.
