#145: The Return of Joefest!

Joefest is an annual toy show in Augusta, Ga., that, traditionally, was a GI Joe focused event. Over the years, the show has diversified and more brands of toylines have shown up, including custom products. On this episode of the Smuggler's Galaxy Podcast, Glen is back from this toy show and tell us what it was like to be there. How were the crowd levels? How were the prices of vintage Star Wars items? At the same time as Joefest, Jason attended a Georgia Alliance of Star Wars Collectors (GASWC) meetup. This is a monthly event where people who share the same Star Wars collecting passion meet up in the Atlanta area to hang out and share what they've been up to. This particular meet up was at Fernando's house, a GASWC member who makes an annual diorama for Toylanta.
