In this episode of “In Stride,” Sinead is joined by world class eventing grooms Erin Jarboe and Hailey Burlock.

Erin Jarboe and Hailey Burlock have worked as head grooms for Will Coleman for multiple years and travel across the world caring for top horses like Off the Record and Chin Tonic HS. Erin Jarboe grew up in Athens, Georgia, where she began riding at 8 and started eventing at 15. While in high school, Erin competed on her own horse and worked as the barn manager for Dublin Downs Eventing. Erin graduated from the University of Georgia with an undergraduate degree in animal science, where she was on the UGA Eventing Team for four years and president of the team for two years. Hailey Burlock grew up in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada, and was introduced to eventing through Zoe Erichsen-Meesters. Hailey leased Zoe’s former upper-level horse, Fantasia, and competed through Equine Canada’s training level. Hailey graduated from the Maritime College of Forest Technology with a degree in forestry. After graduating, she worked for Canadian Olympic eventer Rob Stevenson for two years before returning to school and eventually accepting a position with Will Coleman Equestrian.
