The Shift.

Dear listers , we are in sura 5 verses 54- 56. God loves you
The believers love you
Gods’ Favour is with you
His bounty and knowledge are surrounding you.
Your alies are God the prophet and the believers
So remember You are not alone no matter where you are , how you look or what age you are in ( we pray and make Duaa for each other at least 5 times a day)

Prayer is a powerful manifestation that makes a shift in you and then in your life.
Verse 55 while you are doing the movements in prayer deep breathing and an inner state of relaxation/ meditation the shift happens while ur inner thoughts are shifted by the words in the Quran to the unseen realm.
