Giving Ourselves Permission to Get Outside Help as a Mom!!

Let this stand as our personal pep talk in an effort to give ourselves permission to get outside help! Why are moms always the first to sacrifice their time and needs? After years (and 3 kids later) of telling myself "I can do it all if I just work harder!" I'm coming to the realization that getting outside help is for the benefit of my entire family and is worth every penny to increase the quality of our time spent together. Summer hit hard this year and suddenly having no schedule for myself or my kids quickly turned into me trying to keep my head above water- this episode is my current solution!
