Operation Blessing teams visited tent cities in Port-Au-Prince to warn them about Isaac's strengtening winds. Isaac threatens to strike Haiti as a Category 1 hurricane that would produce life-threatening flash flooding, mudlides, and shread their tents that offer no protection.
