If you want Real Change, you have to do the Real Work. | This is how.

You have to train your attention. You have to own your attention,  and put away your childish things,  stop distracting yourself from this Real Work.  You have to stop scrolling you have to stop bingeing, you have to stop gossiping,  and you know that.  But I can't change you, Maharaj says, 'All I can do is Love you', and that Love, (y)our love changes you, and you notice less screen time. You'll notice better content choices, you'll notice better food choices, you'll notice more positive thoughts automatically.  My hands are outstretched to you, now. I'm praying that He may still that mind that fear that has been with you for so long, that he may take it.  It's gone. And whenever you think it's back,  just hear inside, "It's gone."
