I Can’t Be a Christian

This is often the response Dr. Doug Derbyshire hears in Thailand when sharing the gospel because being Thai is closely connected to being Buddhist. When Doug was in high school, a missionary told his Sunday School class that the saddest thing he’d seen is children sick and dying because there was no one to care for them. Then and there, Doug said his calling to be a missionary and doctor happened at the exact same time.
