Beatrice is a rare breed, for many reasons, not least is that she's an executive in a large multinational who knows and declares her personal purpose straight up. In this conversation, we discuss Beatrice's tremendous career path, her experiences living and working in six different countries (so far), the evolution of culture and leadership style at L'Oréal, the place and role of purpose, and some lessons learned in the transformation that the company has undergone during her tenure.
