One thing I really like is that they aren’t fully touch screen. They have dials and knobs which I miss on some of the other EVs.Did you know that EVs are QUICK off the line? Are you educating your guests and talking to them at the beginning of the repair?Do you have a strong online presence? It’s important to put those marketing shoes on and make sure you have a website that accurately depicts your shop as well as a Google My Business listing that showcases your shop with accurate directions to get there (if you are off the beaten path).One thing that differentiates the Lucid program is the amount of support and education they provide for their shops. They have monthly meetings to keep everyone in the loop and full access to support.
