On this episode of the Pawareness Podcast, we welcome Zach Skow, Founder of Marley’s Mutts Dog Rescue and the Pawsitive Change Prison Program. Zach has an extremely inspiring story to tell you about how dogs and rescues saved his life. He talks about the Pawsitive Change Prison Program, which is an intensive program that works with incarcerated individuals to rehabilitate people and pets through vulnerability, making a significant impact on those released and reintegrated into society. Then, he shares shocking statistics about incarceration in the US and how the government can help rescues and prisons make positive impacts in the world.
