When her husband got sick 10 years ago, they decided to take their health into their own hands. Yet, when 2020 hit, and after two miscarriages, Amy knew she needed more help.Eventually, she signed up for our program and since then, has lost 13 inches (gaining muscle and losing body fat!), sleeps better, and has seen vast improvements in her mental health. Her transformation in even just this short amount of time has been incredible!Amy says, “As women, especially as moms, we tend to invest in our children in so many other ways.
