Episode 50: The Unintended Consequence Of Preparing An Income Report

While preparing an income report as part of my Digital Gangsta program, I realized there were unintended consequences by looking at what we did right in the last year, and what we did wrong. By looking at gross revenue, expenses, and profit, I was able to gain a clear picture of what we should do next with our business, whereas we hadn't had that kind of clarity before. I encourage everyone who hasn't done an income report for the last year, to do so because it will help you know which direction you should take your business in the future.
