Based on the comic book of the same name by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson, "The Boys" takes place in a world where superpowered people not only exist, but are regarded as heroes and celebrities by the public. And the best of the best are part of "The Seven," the Vought corporation's premier team. Their adversaries: The eponymous "Boys," a group of civilian vigilantes who hope to bring down Vought, and its corrupt superheroes alongside it.
This week, the hosts kick off their official coverage of "The Boys." They get into the concept of the show and some general spoiler-free opinions. Then, they take a spoiler-filled look at season 1.
