In 2015, out of pure necessity in her own life, she created a “game” called SPAR to help her and her partner have the hard conversations they were actively avoiding. She’s been teaching The SPAR Method and helping embattled, frustrated couples express themselves authentically, find their way to freedom, love and resilience and helping families heal their homes for the last 8 years.
