Today we are talking about what may NOT be our strengths.  The first step is becoming aware of what we are not the best at and what we can work on.  After recognizing where we are or aren't, the next step is readily admitting it to ourselves so that we can grow.  In work, it's usually the most beneficial to play to your strengths and not get wrapped up in doing what you aren't good at, but in relationships, we often need to grow in skills and areas of life.  Being willing to dive into what we can improve is paramount to thrive in relationships.  We aren't asking you to seek perfection on this side of heaven but rather work on progression over perfection!
