The F1 São Paulo Grand Prix Review

On this week’s Cut to the Race podcast, James takes the host seat and is joined by Abby and Sam as they dissect the action from the São Paulo Grand Prix weekend as well as doing another quiz.
The panel start with their race ratings before diving into FP1 and Friday’s qualifying session, which saw a stormy early end to the session due to the weather, prompting some surprise results.
They then move onto the Sprint Saturday action, which saw a controversial incident between Esteban Ocon and Fernando Alonso that the trio debate. The panel also talk about the action from the Sprint Race that indicated an issue for Mercedes.
Next up was the Grand Prix, which resulted in several cars not finishing the race and Charles Leclerc not even starting. The panel discuss Leclerc’s incident and his run of unfortunate luck before delving into the Grand Prix action that brought fans a photo finish result right at the end.
