Katie Lila of Flowers For People is a fresh flower artist who is currently making a new TV series, Follow The Blooms on the BloomTV Network. In it, she travels to small flower farms throughout the country to find the best blooms at their peak and then creates big-impact, interactive designs for events such as parades, art and music festivals, a professional treehouse reveal, and even an underwater mermaid garden in the Florida Springs. She strives to connect flower lovers and their local growers in her hometown of Spokane Washington and wherever else the blooms may take her. She is curiously flowering to discover how to get more people’s hands on flowers and to think outside the vase, coining the phrase, “field to art”.
