Now residing in San Diego, California with her husband, she is a proud mother of two young adults. She enjoys painting with watercolors, custom acrylic portraits and reimagining thrifted objects. In addition to her role as a K-12 art teacher, Kristal also leads unique workshops at art retreats across the country.
