He is currently a Senior Lecturer in Cybersecurity and Forensics at Curtin University.Dr Karie uses his cybersecurity and forensics skills and knowledge to contribute to the technological advances happening in different industries. He believes that security is not only a fundamental part of our daily life but also key to the future of our globaldigital economy.Dr Karie graduated from the University of Pretoria, South Africa in 2016 with a PhD in Computer Science.
