S08|02 - Intuitive Goals Masterclass + Future-Self Audio Meditation

If you're anything like me... you LOVE to achieve. Get gold stars and straight A's. Write down long and difficult to-do lists and feel a little jolt of satisfaction every time you cross another thing off that list. The problem with this is that we feel SUPER good when we achieve but really bad if we don’t. I would set myself some wildly impossible goals, and only allow myself to celebrate (aka feel good about myself) once I got there, but not until then. This wasn't happening consciously for me- but in the background of my brain. I was tying my SELF-WORTH to PRODUCTIVITY. Allowing myself love, support, and connection (from me) only IF I did "good" (worked towards my goal in the way I had previously decided). There wasn't much room for flexibility- just commitment, determination, and self-control... which looked a lot like "perfection" (and felt kind of terrible too). I was completely shocked when I started learning about things like FEMININE ENERGY, and INTUITION... and that resting, playing, and spending more time in my most important relationships helped me create my goals without the headache (and less time).
