From introverted Canadian farm boy, to binge drinking as a struggling personal trainer, he introduced extreme discipline into his life transforming his personal, and financial future. He now is a thriving businessman, author and coach, who passionately aids his clients by providing the insight and accountability that only a coach who has "been there" can.
He and I connected during my time as a Torontonian and have remained in contact as friends who share a love for steakhouses and ambition. Craig offers honest, and if need be, harsh lessons in this podcast and in his own books "The Perfect Week Formula" and "Unstoppable: How to Get Through Hell, Overcome Anxiety, and Dominate in Business and Life", as well as on his own Instagram feed.
