Russ welcomed onto the pod Ryan and Tiffany, two Brighton-based members of the Hong Kong Seagulls to tell us their Albion backstories and thoughts on the club ahead of the Fulham game.

We then gauge reaction at the match, after Fulham’s spoiling tactics and jammy smash and grab win, before jumping to Tuesday and a quick word with some of Russ’s old college mates of mixed affiliations to get their opinions on the season.
