332. Consistency: First of the 8 C’s of Web 3 Community

Expanding on Episode 317, this is the first in a 8-part series on elements of a Web3 community.  
Today, Fanzo focuses on consistency! Consistency is not just doing something regularly, but it is around managing expectations. For example, Fanzo predicts that over time we will all join more NFT projects, but we will be in fewer discord servers. This is important because a community needs a digital footprint and needs to have a forum for communicating to their community in a consistent way.  
Consistency provides a layer of trust in Web3. Ultimately the goal is to connect people and grow together. Stay tuned for part 2 of the series!
