327. When is the RIGHT time to Pause or Slow Down to Speed Up?

As someone that preaches press the damn button and raise your damn hand, I'm a perfect example of the power in action driving results, and that also connects well with my fast talking and ADHD hyper-focus brain. Still, it doesn't mean it's always what's best in every scenario or is sustainable.
As a keynote speaker, one of the things that took me from a 7k a gig speaker to a 15k a gig speaker was understanding within the stories I tell when to pause and the importance of using where I was on stage to slow down so I could get people to lean in and speed up.
In this NFT space, we must ask ourselves when a good time to pause is.
Is the best action over the next three weeks to not do anything? Don't buy an NFT, Don't Sell an NFT, Don't research an NFT?
If we believe in the bigger pictures and the version of success we have painted, we have to also take stock in what it's going to take to get there and own the fact that for us to be at our best, it also means we have to invest in the things that fill our cup.
