We revisit a conversation that Rick Sanchez had with entrepreneurs Juan Alanis and Angelica Casares, a married couple from Texas who managed to transform their hobby into a full-blown business.  What began as a Blog transformed into a successful content-generating company that includes them being hosts of their own Podcast.  Alanis and Casares revealed that one of the secrets of their success was the creation of a workday routine.  They stated that when you are your own boss, managing your time between work and family can be difficult.  Sanchez agreed that prioritizing your time was the most important thing for maintaining your family life and your sanity.
