#79 You Want to Start a Business? Here’s What You Need to Know.

Rick Sanchez welcomes author/motivational speaker Josh Linkner to discuss the dos and don’ts of creating and operating a new business.  The secret is to innovate every day and never allow fear to block the implementation of new ideas.  The real risk is standing still and doing nothing.  Linkner also explains that money should never be the goal of a new business but rather a byproduct of its ultimate success.  Sanchez agrees that the traits that a CEO should have in order to achieve success include humility, kindness, compassion, coachability, and open-mindedness.  But a CEO should also never be afraid to be aggressive because when patterns are broken, new worlds emerge.
