FBI agent Gracie Hart is going undercover in the Miss United States pageant to catch a terrorist who claims something bad is going to happen. Too bad she's a tomboy and has no clue how to be a woman. She's in luck though, because she has coach extraordinaire, Victor Melling, ready to help. Will she catch the bad guy? Will she find out that pageants are more than she could ever imagine? Does this movie hold up?
