Release Date:

You may have heard whispers about EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy, which has gained popularity for treating symptoms of trauma, anxiety, and depression. Although the eye movement component of EMDR is still not fully understood, it involves stimulating the brain through bilateral eye movements, sounds, or taps. Despite several studies finding no evidence that bilateral stimulation improves therapy, anecdotal evidence suggests that EMDR can be very effective in certain cases, and has been a real game changer for some. Here to chat with us and shed some light on this form of therapy, we are excited to have Jamie Marich, a leader in trauma recovery.
