JCVD fighting guys in a post-apocalyptic future with cyberpunk vibes  and his modified paint-ball gun was the greatest thing these eyes had ever seen in 1989. I watched it so much that I memorized every cut, every poorly delivered line of dialogue, every fight, and every slow motion kill. There is a big difference between A and B-grade cyberpunk films, and Cyborg is at the top of the B-movie catalog. It’s so freakin good. So, do me a favor – it’s time to access your cranial jacks, boot up your Ono-Sendai Cyberspace 7, and slap on your damn mirror-shades. You know what time it is!
