Be the Hero of Your Story

As we get ready to enter 2024, I want to invite you to reframe how you view your personal story with alcohol. 

So many of us have been caught in society’s lie that a ‘normal’ drinker can ‘control’ this highly addictive substance, quickly tossing you into the role of the villain if you ‘fail’ to do so. 

Nothing could be further from the truth. 

What if, in 2024, instead of seeing yourself as the villain… you cast yourself as the hero of your story? What if you get to be the one who saves yourself from this uncontrollable villainous substance? What would that change for you? 

My guess is it would change everything. 


It’s invaluable to connect with others who deeply understand what you’re going through.
