Damian Lillard could finally ask out of Portland + Chris Paul is (probably) leaving the Suns

Damian Lillard's friend Chris Haynes reported that Dame might finally ask out of the Blazers if they chose to keep the third overall pick in this year's NBA draft instead of trading it for a veteran second star to pair with him. Haynes also floated the possibility of a few landing spots for Dame if they do trade him this offseason. What teams would have enough to get Dame and where could he land?
