Emma works in gender and inclusion at Social Development Direct, a consulting firm based in the UK.  She has worked as a consultant since the beginning of her career and in this conversation, we explore the difference between working as an independent and things to consider when choosing to work for a larger or smaller firm. We talk about collaboration and collegiate ways of working and how to juggle competing priorities.
