On day 1 of the Sustainable Food Summit we interviewed Isabel Maternowski, who's family opened a vegan meat line called Nutcase Vegan, Anna Gossard, who's family incorporates sustainable practices in their farming, and Cori Ana Strell, a student who started her own sustainable company called Wexbees.
