Canada’s new restrictions on international students: An explainer

Guest: Nicholas Keung, immigration reporter  On Monday Canada’s immigration minister Marc Miller announced the federal government’s move to introduce a temporary cap on foreign students as part of an ongoing set of measures to limit and curb the abuse of Canada’s international student program.
