MAKE THEIR INTRODUCTION BIG.

THEIR MOTIVATION SHOULD BE VERY CLEAR.

MAKE THEM LIKABLE.
 
THEY SHOULD BE MORE THAN JUST EVIL, ONE DIMENSIONAL VILLAIN ARE BORING.
 
LET YOUR PLAYERS KNOW THEY ARE A FORCE TO BE RECKONED WITH RIGHT FROM THE JUMP.
