Welcome back to The AUSA Podcast! For the past few episodes, we've been looking at the ins and outs of culture making—we've talked about creating and ruling, take a look at the more practical side. This week we sit down with Luke Springer and Jose Brown to talk a bit about the ways that Residence Life creates and cultivates culture here on campus. We talk about setting boundaries so that creativity, community, and relationships can flourish; what partnership and collaboration looks like on a college campus; and more!
