EP#59 - Tia Salmon, Content Creator talks about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Pet Industry

Tia is the dog mom to Crimson the Cavapoo (check out IG @Crimsonthecavapoo), she is a content creator, an influencer and she is outspoken about diversity, equity and inclusion in the pet industry.  I am grateful that she was able to take the time to speak with me about perception, race and inequity in the pet industry and what we can do about it.
