On today's episode I chat with David Mederios, Level Two trained IFS therapist. David has been a program assistant for multiple level one and level two trainings. He has presented at several annual IFS conferences. He spent a year working with Dr. Richard Schwartz and co-presented their experience treating someone diagnosed with Schizophrenia at an annual IFS Conference. David collaborated on the production of Good Grief, which toured nationally. David and I have a lot of a laughs throughout this '101' episode.
