And it's incredible. Jack, still in recovery phase after the race of his life, is in compelling form as he recounts his astonishing tale.

With a back story covering his discovery of running as an outlet for a gambling addiction and how quickly it grew as Jack discovered a love and talent for the sport. His honesty and openness shines throughout.

It's a frightening insight into the steely mind of Jack, compulsive listening for runners or for anyone keen to understand the limits of human endeavour. He has time on his side too, the 29-year-old looks to the future and teases us with his future plans. With plans to widen his horizons the world is his oyster.
