Release Date:

Donna and I met Joe Torrillo on our journey of meeting people every day. I first saw Joe doing a talk about his experience as a firefighter on the event of 9/11 and his story was so amazing I reached out to him for a catchup.Joe went to College after high school and did a degree in Architecture and Engineering. As part of his studies he learnt about the construction of the Twin Towers. After College, Joe made a decision to become a firefighter, and served in the NYC Fire Department for 25 years. On the day of the attack, Joe attended the scene and was trapped under the first tower when it fell, incurring terrible injuries. After being rescued, Joe was put on a boat to go across the river when the second tower fell on the boat, trapping him a second time. After a long recovery, Joe worked in the Fire Department for a few more years before retiring and becoming an inspirational speaker. Joe is also a tour guide at ground zero.Joe Torrillohttps://www.linkedin.com/in/joe-torrillo-388b891a/http://joetorrillo.com/goal.cast The 9/11 Firefighter Who Never Gave Uphttps://www.instagram.com/tv/CTrjlt2ou4y/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_linkStephen Fryhttps://www.linkedin.com/in/stephen-fry-19b64614/https://www.instagram.com/thestephenfry/
