At 6 years old Kaushik started to play tennis and at 12 was No 1 in Lagos. At 13 he was noticed by Australian tennis legend John Newcombe, who asked his parents if he could take Kaushik to Texas to play tennis. In the years that followed, Kaushik went through some severe adversity which ultimately caused him to lose his passion for tennis.Although Kaushik disliked studying, he has done a Bachelor Degree, MBA and PhD! Kaushik is currently transitioning to a new job based in Sydney and is waiting for the restrictions to lift before he moves. He enjoys teaching and working in the areas of sustainability and leadership.
