Hayek and John Maynard Keynes, as well as the professional relationship and personal friendship between the two famous economists. ERRATUM: At one point late in the episode, Scott mentions a postcard that Keynes sent to Hayek, in which the former praised the latter's famous Road to Serfdom. In fact, it was a letter, not a postcard that Keynes sent to Hayek.
