29: Paring Down Flight Anxiety with J.D. Oliver [Paring Down Travel Miniseries]

You do NOT want to miss this one, you guys.



While this podcast primarily focuses on paring down our belongings to declutter our homes, I like to branch out a bit every now and then to pare down different beliefs, anxieties, and ideas we have on a variety of subjects in order to help us move through the world with less stress and more peace.



Well, flight anxiety is one of those things I simply can't ignore during a miniseries called Paring Down Travel. And who better to help us feel a bit better than my old man??



He's a former fighter pilot for the U.S. Navy, and went on to fly for FedEx. A Top Gun grad and all-around brilliant human and aviator, my dad not only shares his FASCINATING stories of flying, but gives us helpful information that can keep us a bit calmer in the air.
