In this week’s episode, I will be talking about all things Midsummer, Litha and the Summer Solstice. Perhaps you are Swedish – or Ari Aster - and call it Midsommar?  Come along for a dip into some of the histories behind Summer Solstice celebrations around the world from the Greeks, Saxons, Druids and the Chinese along with a flavour for some of the folklore and superstition that surround this time. This episode will give outline some activities you can get involved with during this time, along with advice about herbs that are best harvested during this time.
