Walking Meditation

Today's meditation is slightly different since it is a Walking Meditation. It will require you to stand and walk! The aim of a walking meditation is to bring you fully into the present moment with full awareness of your body. It is such a beautiful practice as it aligns very closely with bringing a yoga practice into every moment of you day. You can bring this sense of presence and awareness into your day for short moments throughout your day - whilst you wait in line, waiting for the kettle to boil, as you get up from your desk... you will find these moments will bring you down from your busy brain and into your body, giving you the ability to stay present in all situations.
